Mode Music artists: Mr. Reeve

Mr Reeve has been an avid follower of drum n' bass since 1994, and began collecting vinyl and mixing the following year on SoundLab belt-drives. The first record he ever bought was Drop XTC by DJ Crystal on Lucky Spin Records. In 1996, Mr Reeve decided to invest in a set of Technics 1210's to take his mixing ability further. Buying up heavy drum n' bass anthems from the likes of Bassbin, C.I.A and Timeless, he spent much of his time in these early years mixing the music he loved.

The opportunity to play in front of a crowd soon arose on the free party scene, which went so well he had to be dragged from the decks! He became a regular at many underground raves, which ultimately led to his first club bookings. Soon after, Mr Reeve was given his first residency at Hypnosis. After years of tireless mixing, he is now an established drum n' bass deejay and has played numerous promotions including Safe, Evolution, Inner Rhythm,Vision and Soundcheck.
